We agree to advance and promote the Web Site Code of Evaluator Ethics in order to ensure fairness to all applicants and to maintain the honor and integrity of these awards.

We agree that all critiques given will be constructive in nature. We will refrain from criticism unless specifically requested by an applicant, and in such instances will remain positive where possible in an effort to promote goodwill and to advance the level of quality of Internet sites.

We agree to post all criteria related to the evaluation of sites. We further agree to allow eligibility to all applicants who meet the posted criteria of this program and will fairly evaluate all submitted sites based on the criteria at the time of application.

We agree to not discriminate on the grounds of race, creed, gender or any other reason which is not globally viewed as illegal or illicit.

We agree that we will not grant awards to any Web site that promotes, endorses or includes content that is illegal, illicit or discriminatory.

We agree to set a proposed time frame for the completion of each evaluation and adhere to the same. In any case, we agree to evaluate all applicant sites within four (4) weeks of receipt of application. We further agree to suspend the application process if this maximum deadline cannot be met. Changes to the criteria, timing or any other fundamental elements of this program will be posted on the site so that applicants can review and understand any pending changes.

We agree to immediately inform any qualified applicant in writing of a "Refrain To Evaluate" if it is found that a conflict of interest would exist by evaluating the applicant's Web site. We will offer such applicant an alternative evaluator from the Red Stag Awards Team.

We agree to maintain a professional, friendly and positive tone in all correspondence with applicants.

We agree to not divulge any information about any applicant to anyone not directly connected to The Red Stag Awards program. (See Privacy Policy for more detail)

We agree to encourage and promote the use of original material for awards programs criteria and evaluation processes. We agree to assist any person requesting advice concerning the ethical evaluation and administration of awards.

We agree to maintain our primary site to a standard that meets the criteria of The Red Stag Awards.

We agree that there will be only one obligation for winning applicants: It is a requirement to post the Red Stag Award image on the winning site, unless otherwise approved on request for exception.

We agree that we will not accept favors of any kind in a quid pro quo exchange for preferential treatment or an award.

We agree that we will take all measures necessary to ensure the honor and integrity of The Red Stag Awards.
